There is no difference between Home Sweet Home O and any other version after B (I think it was B o.O) they incremented the letter to prevent overwriting saves. Also if you read over the last few pages you'll see its a known bug about the saves not working properly. JadedCat is working on it.

Wait, you can use the chisel in the world? There is a recipe. It's using Blood Magic now. When you did a fresh install did you completely delete the AgrarianSkies folder? And then reinstall. Otherwise some parts may remain behind. :p
