It would actually be easier with the fluiducts to do that. The smeltery drains pour while the source tank still has fluid and the target tank still has space left in it no matter how much fluid that means transferring.

No they don't. I wanted to use those because you can right click them to let the fluid out. That's what I wanted mainly and fluiducts can't do that.
