Deciding on EMC values would really be a bitch. It's even harder then it looks like at first glance. What about EMC values of something like the old uu-matter? (just cause' I haven't touched the new version yet) It cost scrap, so you could say x scrap = one uu-matter. However, uu-matter also...

I surrender, you win. But still, turning the billion stacks of cobble from your new quarry into oh-so-many diamonds seems almost like an exploit to me. Or into iron or gold. And when the new EMC system is out, it'll take a long time to push out the exploits there.

Enchanting is gone if you enable it in the config. Still, gregtech has grown from a joke mod that added a lightning rod to a mod that's close to a total conversion in only a few versions, I have no idea if GregeroiusT even has a real job.

Some people use multiable mods at once, you know? And infinite blaze rods/power means you infinite power, which is pretty OP to me.

When was the last time you played gregtech? Things are becoming hardcore: adventure mode is replacing survival, basic tools are weaker, enchantment table is being thrown out the window, stone is much harder, etc (this is all assuming things are right in the config). It's turning into a...

I stand corrected. But still, they should give it more credit, maybe make a section for modpacks, and maybe a section for the modding wars that have happened, like the tinkers construct vs gregtech thing (not trying to revive old drama, but I think it would be pretty cool for the wikipedia users...
