    There's a time value per resource. Most are 100 ticks or 150 ticks. Sticks are 150 ticks. Logs are the slowest at 300 ticks.

    Could you do some more investigation? In my sandbox world, as long as there's reasonable light shining onto the block (daylight or nearby torches), the icons are all quite vivid. I suspect there are other blocks or entities in your world that are changing GL state and washing out the rendering...

    It definitely should not. There is no way any mod would have any idea what a Garden Proxy is. Though maybe Forestry exports an API that could make supporting it possible?

    This list looks like it could be for MC 1.6. Flower names, absence of the new tree types, etc. My testing with BoP was far less encouraging than what's suggested here, so depending on how a mod transitioned to 1.7 is probably a factor here. Still, a lot of the information here fits the model...

    I'm not currently checking the ore dictionary for saplings. But if those saplings are registered there, seems like a reasonable change to make.

    I grouped them by block. You can get that information looking through them in NEI, but I've also done a bunch of integration work for all these mods in Garden Stuff so I already know offhand that EXBL uses 3 blocks for trees or Natura uses 4 blocks for trees. I'm essentially extrapolating...

    Well the sort-of good news is you can disable the Thaumcraft integration in config and clean up the drawer. Then either leave it off until the next update, or just be careful.
