MC1.7 has terrible performance, installing Fastcraft 1.6 should significantly increase performance

The modlist doesnt include HQM. (and Im not planning on adding it at the moment)

ProfMobius has a mod that does that, and It exists since 1.6.4 (Something like: AdminCommandToolbox) TF has always had problems unloading chunks, when someone has been exploring, I sometimes had to purge up to 2000 chunks there, even though there were no chunk loaders tere.
