I also love Elfen Lied, but it does contain nudity/gore... Tokyo Ghoul has a bit of gore, no nudity though. What? There's none of that in TG, not that I can remember.

Zero fan-service, no ecchi, great story and character development, astonishingly awesome fighting scenes... Can't see why not.

Call me biased, but I really do believe that the Phoenix Reborn modpack should be listed. Either it, or Regrowth, from @thephoenixlodge. Both are very unique packs, with tons of work put into them, I do strongly think that they deserve it.
