    More weather/abandon looking - nice. Any thoughts on doing a water world (the movie) style? Giant sea with underwater cities? Food for thought...

    Isn't the range of the grinder 5 x5 x2? So you could put it in the ground and have all lines covered. At work so I'm not able to test.

    It's a know issue/bug. It comes and goes. You can set your local skin by changing - .minecraft/bin/minecraft.jar/mob/char.png

    Good to hear. Wonder if it's just some of the changes that some of us have already done (removal of some mobs, greifing, etc...)

    Try a couple reactant dynamos paired with survivalist generators. Won't be able to run everything full time but as long as you have batteries set up to collect power when your not using it, you should be good.

    I was lucky and found two redstone energy cells. I run the reactor just long enough to fill them up...saving up the yellowium until I set up some controller to auto start/stop the reactor when needed.

    Could try for reactor. About day 70 for me and I have a 5x5x3 (with redstone as coolant) that makes about 350rf. Nothing special but works for now until I need to increase it.

    The smelterys are random in the cities so not able to pinpoint a location. Best bet is to circle around the city edge and try to find one that's close enough for you to get to.

    Potato is disabled for normal mobs but special mobs can still drop them. There are no seeds for them.

    There is a way to get a smeltery without going to the city. Melt stone pebbles in a crucible and pour to make a seared brick. Will take forever (i think 100 pebbles per brick) but it is possible.

    Silverish chimney. The orange caution chimneys are for pneumaticraft buildings.

    It's under third party in the ftb launcher.

    I am getting completely ran over by all the different creepers to the point normal mobs (zombies and skeletons) are not spawning. Is there a config that I can modify to limit the spawn rates. I've looked at the special mobs config but don't see anything.
