Thanks for the tips about Progressive Automation. I updated to 1.6.11 and now my stone mattock works like a champ in a stone planter.
I have updated RF Tools to 2.72, but is still really flaky. The game sometimes exits with a "ticking" error while interacting with RF Tools machines or when...
Is there any way to use the Progressive Automation Planter to harvest wheat?
The Planter requires a hoe, and vanilla tools are nerfed.
Tinkers Mattock does not work for me.
+1 to this.
My personal opinion is that this transmutation mechanic is really cheesy. I would much rather some minetweaker scripts were written so that unobtainable items (e.g. ender pearls) were craftable from some sensible combination of renewable items.
Great pack though.
Thank you, and...
Just now, I installed this pack to a server by copying all the pack files to a server and deleting these client-only mods:
BetterTitleScreen-1.7.10-1.1.jar
JourneyMap5.0.1_Unlimited_MC1.7.10.jar
NotEnoughKeys-1.7.10-1.0.0b29.jar
I haven't played it much, but it seems to be working just fine...
As well as increasing heap RAM, if you are using Java 7, you will also need to increase permgen RAM. The settings are usually in the same place.
Something else to consider: I have found that if I mess with the mods or configs, HQM tends to crash as the world is loading. I guess this is because...
I think you need to check out the autopackager.
I used an autopackager and a lot of item ducts with whitelist filters to make sure everything went where I wanted it. Every single sieve product had an entry in a whitelist.
And hammers… just autocraft them somehow and pipe them into the AAs.
I...
Fastcraft will fix that for you:

Just download the jar, throw it in your mods folder, and enjoy 1.6.4-like performance!
Have fun, and

In the ZIP I downloaded, the md5 sums of the CoFH files match the files on Curseforge. So I suspect something iffy about your download.
I did see the mysterious crash once you posted once, but I was messing around changing out mods (trying to convert this pack to a skyblock), so I assumed it...
I've had a quick look at this pack, and it looks great. Well done!
I have a couple of little people who would love this pack and the quests would be fantastic to draw them into the complexities of some of the tech mods.
But… can you make a G-rated version of the quest book?
"General...
AdblockPlus can block all divs on forum.feed-the-beast.com with class="baseHtml signature messageText ugc" and that really cleans things up!
More content, less fluff :)
Enjoy, and

WarpBook has an option in its config to enable "fuel". With fuel enabled, you need to insert ender pearls into the book and every time you teleport it uses one pearl.
I'm sure if JadedCat is annoyed we will hear all about it :)

Warp Book is available for 1.7.10:
http://www.curse.com/mc-mods/minecraft/warp-book
It still has a few bugs to squash (it hangs after warping between dimensions), but I guess all 1.7.10 mods have some issues.
This mod seems to have no impact on tick rate at all and would make a nice addition...
Thanks for the advice about the Thaumcraft essentia handling. Much easier :)
I finished the pack this morning. I found it a bit grindy towards the end, and there's no scope to really scale things up like I would in say Agrarian Skies. Because of the limited amount of space available and the...
I remembered something I wanted to ask…
What is the rule about creating/placing endstone to set up an ender lily farm?
Also, the Redstone Flux Capacitors I manufactured would not be accepted for the Jetpacks quest.
For the TC Medicine quest… it would be nice to have the option to buy...
