The pack looks promising as Hubris but damn those lycanite mobs are unfun on early game. You should consider seriously rebalancing those. Are iron and gold supposed to be difficult to find ?

I think they didn't put spice of life to hard. In my point of view SoL is a pain in the backside in early game when you don't have a ton of food and if diminishing return is activated is something like "wich food could I eat now ?".

The location task is bugged but you can do the quest after that.

I don't know if this is already reported but on first launch i've a crash-to-desktop when placing a full energy cell inside the hole (right or left it's the same) near the portal.

I confirm this on the Curse Client it say "version : 1.7.10-1.1.10_Beta" and the custom main menu say "1.7.10-1.1.11".

We open a portal to the nether inside or mine and ... right in a big fortress ! This is not a nether fortress as walls are in stone bricks and a spawner in each room. We found a King Ghast inside and he destroyed everything. Lot of death and lot of fun !

I go updating my client and download the map (cause we make a pause for the moment) and try the tome.

In wich version have you this problem ? My server runs in 1.3.0 and I've no problem with the tome.

When an update come I delete all the folders of my server (the world remain in place) and I transfer the folders from the update on the server and restart it. I confirm in 1.3.0 there is no ressources folder !

Strange Mo'creatures is in one of the latest modpack from jadedcat, magic farm 3. I agree with all reasons to not include lycanite mob but there is an other, sometimes they cause random crash related to bad status effect or some mob.

I'm not in ocean biome and moonstone meteors fall sometimes.

Sorry but for the moment beginnig in this pack is impossible cause this f... creepers blow me everytime :( Zombies and skeleton hurt me pretty hard, well I'm deal with it but creepers explode like a nuclear bomb !

@NoElement give you two methods and Ars Magica give you a third : ritual of corruption to move spawner and crystal phylactery to reactivate te spawn ability.

Fling is awesome and I've discovered that pass the PVP settings on server. Last time I show the spell at my friend and ... my friend is gone ! :p But the spell to make plant on crops grow faster is nice too.
