I came to the conclusion that there are 55 branches, but there are 3 uncategorized branches and those count as one. Last problem: how can I easily see all the in the bee database (block form) without having to scan all the bees. xD

In-game it says there are 56 different branches. At max using all the wikis combined, I come up with a grand total of 40 and alot of bees are in 2 seperate branches, which shouldn't be the case.

The sinster nodes indeed spawn in those Furious Zombies and they can be found in Obisidian tiles. I found an Unstable node. No clue what that does

I know you have pure, pale, normal, sinister, hungry and fading nodes, but what do they all do? I noticed a fading node is kinda like pulsing and I thought the aspects would disappear out 'em. Pale and pure are the nodes in Silverwood trees. Does anyone have an answer? Answer to the question...

I know how it works. I tried a 3x3, it worked like I wanted it to work to. If you even try to upscale it by 1, it is slow like hell. That is the problem it seems. So I think it is a bug.

Does it really need to? I tried this out in SP and tried the exact same setup and it is still acting weird. I put Fertilizer in all slots by the way.

Okay, I just found something out. Apparently the upgrades for the machines are bugged. Meaning you can only make small batches of 3x3.

Does it need to receive a redstone signal? It is not at the moment. On the wiki it says you can use any type of fertilizer. The machine isn't even using up any fertilizer.
