Yeah, I've tried /setspawn and it won't work for this. On top of that, if you do a /spawn, it will take you to the main world again.

/setspawn works with fihgu's mods. You will need to install his core mod into the server jar, and the teleport mod into the /mods folder. After that, /setspawn works. As far as making a mystcraft world as default, I will let you know.

I have to agree with this suggestion. I did not realize that updates deleted all your mods and updated my mod pack today. Now I have to go and redownload everything all over again. Luckily, I keep a backup of all of my config files.

Well, I am sure I know what they are. Sounds like Additional Pipes mod. The first one is probably the Round Robin pipe. Don't remember what the last two are. Most likely, you are right though, the mod author probably forgot to put their names back on them when he updated it.

I just started using the FTB Launcher for the FTB Pack. Don't like using anything other then MMC, but oh well. Anyways, I do occasionally still get an error or two (seem to crash if I try to shift click items into the enderchest) but my previous ones are gone. Anyways, have a different issue now...
