That's a java error....have you tried uninstalling java and reinstalling? Making sure you get the latest? You may just have a bad install on the new HDD...

Yep I did change my username in my profile, no joy there. However......all of a sudden, I started logging in. No reason why it quit working in the first place, and no reason why it started working again. Go figure.
