the FTB launcher is pretty standard stuff. nothing to write home about, no errors. I'll get it posted once I try to update edit: some errors, nothing that looked too fatal

My issue remained after multiple fresh installs with the same error. I'll wait a few days and try it again with 1.0.10 (my game crashes now near my village on my server due to going to 1.0.10 and downgrading I think)

I just reverted to 1.0.9. It'll save my users some annoyances.

from a cursory glance, it seems that the clients are running ProjectRed 4.2.2.16 while the server is running 4.2.2.19 I would manually patch it, but I can't find a 4.2.2.19 download link on the ProjectRed site, which means they're behind a bit.
