I have done all ready tried this..... but then i went back and looked fast craft was back in the files! I did not remove the config file for fast craft , and i guess on restart the server brought it...

    No, not using both, i am not just using strait up Forge Essentials, with fresh loaded Direwolf 20 1.7.10 pack. It would create the Forge Essent. folder, but then it just throws some kind of error, and stops loading. That is with it in the mods main folder or in the 1.7.10 folder, inside the mods...

    Ok, thanks mc.crab. I am messing with it now, For some reason its not loading server with forge essen. right off the start, lol. So ill mess with it , then i will try the Mytown2. I am sure i am just placing it in the wrong folder (mods) or its a version issue. Thanks for the info!
