I haven't found any at all with a full-time running quarry. I use a cyclic assembler with a pot. Yup, works fine for me.

Can anyone that has done the ludicrite quest already that I need about 1300 diamonds? I have about 250 diamonds with a speed 3 quarry that has been running for long time already. I use silk touch and use a fortune 3 pick on the diamond ore. This is going to take a looong time.

Yes, the recipes are removed. You get a fair few compact machines as quest rewards.

Heh, I did that cube by tunneling. Was a terrible chore to block of the lava to get to the cube. I would have taken the 'surface' route had I known that. On the upside, I filled up a drum of lava getting there :)

You mean the quest to scan all the things? There are a few things that can be created in the research table. For starters, victus (the life aspect) = terra + aqua

What I did was fly a long ways away until I manually found quartz. There, I setup a 2nd ender quarry. Before that I would just manually mine some quartz at that location (use the world holes to look for quartz, then tunnel into the stone).

Has there been a change (that I missed) where witches no longer drop glowstone? My powered witch spawner is running non-stop, but the amount of glowstone in my AE system is stuck at 300 something. And no, I am not using them for anything right now. I went through the changelogs, but didn't see...

I think the lava monsters spawn inside the lava right? Encase some lava in stone slabs I guess. I already had my base setup with magnum torches when that change hit. It seems a bit of a harsh penalty but then the mobile lava light was too easy.

Oh, it doesn't crash for me, maybe the person that reported this strips before me.

Regarding the strips of missing chunks, this is what I see sometimes. Closing and reloading will load them fine. Hovering there will never load those chunks (well at least not in a few mins). Missing chunks My video settings Mind you its not a big problem, just annoying.

Its not a permanent thing. Saving and restarting will load them again. Just hovering in the neighbourhood will not load them. I will take a screenshot next time I encounter it and note down some coordinates. Now that I think about it some more, I had it in Hubris as well.

Long lines of chunks not being loaded. I am getting them occasionally in obscurity. More so than other packs I have played. Maybe its a minecraft issue made worse in the deep dark.

For me, Obscurity has a very similar 'sense-of-danger' feel like crash landing did.

Sadly, the pechs that I captured would not give me any saplings. Once there is a recipe I will create 16 of them and dump them in the trash to easy my conscience.
