You might want to delete that post. That bug is highly abusable and it is known. In fact already fixed in the beta version of the mod it affects.

It is also very easy to spam a couple ender pearls to get through the roof. Since it is only one block thick I am sure you can push yourself through with a piston as well.

I can reproduce your problem now. When trying to use /help or /? in the console I get the same error. I neglected to see that part of your post. In game it works just fine though.

I think he is referring to quests that have a "craft" requirement. Apparently that requirement is not fulfilled when creating the item in a MAC.
