Nope, I use UHJK for movement for over a decade already. I mouse with the left hand and the keyboard is with the right hand (writing is done with the right hand) Inventory = I, drop key = T. Basically I got more keys to bind with this setup then with the WASD.

To add more confusion in here ;) I never shift click anything, I use the sneak key which is l in my case.
