Did you click the computer when crafting it or shift-click? If you clicked it then it should be on the ground and disappear if you sign in a few times to load the chunk. If you shift-clicked then it's in your inventory. IF that's the case, I can erase your player .dat file which will empty your on-person inventory and send you to spawn. Your /sethomes will still work.
