    I finally found ID issues I don't know if this is intended or not but I doubt it. I finally made my way into the promised land(biomes o plenty) picked up some amethyst if you try to craft armour out of it it makes gregtech tools lol.

    You got it right, make sure that gregtechmod.zip is enabled in the mod list, then make sure you truncate the .txt from the cfg file and save it to ~/unleashed/config/gregtech

    I run gregtech on Unleashed, there's a forum post that has a preconfigured config file to ensure compatibility. I realised after playing unleashed without GT that it's almost like creative mode, I also like extra processing of ore dusts and stuff. It feels more industrialised.
