Sorry if being slightly off topic, but using DW20 pack, Is there a way to automate the Grind Stone with the Robotic Arm? I know dire did it on his latest Forgecraft series, but doesn't seem to work in this pack.

If they use C# as a port for Minecraft, Can they not use LUA as a scripting language still for modding? I know some games have LUA for scripting, and was written in C# (Kerbal Space Program being one of them).

cpw says he's staying on twitter, so expect to see modding in other games. In relation to modding other games, TUG and minetest have been talked about, along with Factorio.

He's been playing other games lately (Factorio comes to mind). This one's pretty final, unless Microsoft comes out directly that doesn't dispel the end of modding as we know it.

I don't trust Microsoft at all in dealing with Minecraft (XBox Exclusives and all). And they haven't done anything notable of late with the PC Gaming scene, especially after the failer that is Game for Windows Live. Given up on Freelancer (when was the last Microsoft Simulator?), screwed up...

Sorry for late reply, but don't visit forums much. I always delete stuff in my save folder, start a new world - as I said in my previous post "Fresh worlds, fresh setup every-time, no mods added." I also tried a new .19 beta, same issue, looks like the developers changed something - reading...

Think I have replicated the issue on 1.0.18. Fine in 1.0.15, 1.0.16, just not in .18. Fresh worlds, fresh setup every-time, no mods added. The configuration is all the same with all same versions.

I have same problem, when FTB launcher recommended me to upgrade to 1.0.18.

Sorry for the late reply - I don't visit the forum that much :( Thanks for that. Any good world backup's though for servers? Just incase for thinks like resets, chunk errors etc.

Hey people! Not sure if right thread for this so... I will be using Direwolf20 pack. Wanting to create a private/friend server - just wondering what is the recommendations for FTB Mod Packs for plugins? Like Backup, Permissions, Misc plugins (such as maps, town related plugins like MyTown)...
