I believe all of the MFR blocks have a sleep timer and only detect when the sleep timer is up( and they sleep timer shortens whenever it actually does work) this is to reduce lag on servers.

Hey just wanted to say thank you, I really enjoy this texture pack.

So I just stripmined for about 4 hours and found none, and I came away with over 20 stacks of redstone and nikolite. I don't know if there's something wrong with my configs, but I just deleted my folder and let the launcher redownload it.
