This part just screams lazy arrogance to me.. Why not just make your own packs if your this dissatisfied?

I've had this issue aswell, but it has dissapeared after i had to do full system reinstall anyways, so most likely not pack related.

Nope, since it's a bug in the pack somwhere i didn't think it would help, it's not happening in any other packs, and when i shut FTB down and restarts the game the lag's gone.
