I can't say for certain but I think this may be a config setting set by DW, most players do not want NEI cluttered up with all those microblocks on survival. As for how to change it, I can only suggest looking at the config files for NEI and for Forge Multipart

pizza, I am aware rotarycraft block do not accept rf or mj. i was just posting it as a general note so that those who have not tried Enderio would be aware of that aspect and could take it into consideration when building in the future. the OP may have need of this feature for another build.

Also EnderIO has Redstone as well so you can get items, liquids, power (mj) and a Redstone signal all in one side.

If you wanna play around with it then try the Unstable pack. It's an Alpha pack on the launcher. It seems to have most if not all of the mods from Forgecraft in pack version 1.0.3 including Pneumatic craft.

Ya if you want epic size builds dataless822 has a tone of vanilla builds on the epic scale that with a little work could be modified with the various mod blocks we all know and love.
