While that fix has helped, I'm still crashing due to a ProjectRed render bug when viewing its items. Anyone else getting this? E: Only options appears to be disabling the lighting part of ProjectRed. If someone knows of a better fix I'll be all ears.

Honestly you just have to look at the line up of the mods the Tekkit pack has on release. It leaves a lot to be desired; when they update their worlds are going to lack so many ores its almost a waste of time. It's much smarter to wait until the large mods are released...

Fibre cables hold a max packet size of 512eu/t. Each solar is making 1 packet of 512eu/t, so that's 2 packets total. The number of packets in a wire can be infinite. Its the packet size that causes issues.

As someone running a server with Ultimate + Ampz + custom configs I could really do with some form of private distribution. We currently just post up a "patch" of sorts and players unpack it to their downloads folder. It's far from perfect though.
