RoC Rock melter will net a postive amount of lava. I've powered over 100 magmatic engines with 1 rock melter.

Top is for inserting items, bottom for extraction if i'm not mistaken. I would recommend JABBA barrels as they allow insertion or extraction from any side.

Extra utilities has a generator that does 40k rf/t IIRC, but it uses nether stars as fuel.
