I have a similar issue with Natura's Sakura Wood on Infinity 2.1.2 Expert mode. Logs do not turn into planks and they do not burn at all.

Disabling Inventory Tweaks fixed this, but this is only a temporary solution

Yeah.. thats sad. I've looked at other stuff in the mod too and all of the other blocks do not seem interesting at all. As i said, i might just give up my ideas or find a different way to do it

I only found "Online detector" in the wiki of that mod, thats not exactly what i need. But oh well, if it's not there ill figure out something different

I'm looking for something that can emit a redstone signal when a player is nearby. Is there any block that can do that?

You actually do that after activating.

It magically fixed itself after rebuilding. Ritual was successfully activated. After activation the main strucrure didnt get replaced with a "portal-ish" building.
