So I have just got back to playing FTB after not playing it for a few months, and I log on to start playing a new world. In the menu not the actually game I get these massive lag spikes. So i ignore it and log into the game but every few seconds maybe like every 4 seconds i get the massive lag...

Is my relay supposed to stop pumping items from my quarry? I have a barrel storage system and rp2 pneumatic tubes to pipe items. But my relay seems to stop after a few minutes and then it overflows and the quarry just spits blocks everywhere.
