I tested one, and it seemed like it didn't accept water very fast. I had several transfer nodes maxed out (30 B/t), and it wasn't filling as I expected it. But this is a hunch.

The railcraft figures are in mB. The ender tank holds 128 B per interior block. This is over a hundred times more than a steel tank.

RF tools does something along those lines. You can monitor any nearby inventories from a single controller. You could access an entire chest room.

It's great except for the fact that it can't be searched or sorted. Minor annoyance. If you're referring to the golden one, it's the golden bag of holding. It is the mid-game 'backpack' type item. It is cheap and sortable.
