Having problems with server start.

I am trying to get a monster server pack to load. I click ServerStart. CMD opens in the text flows but until it stops at loading [STDOUT] Loading NEI. I have increased the mem size to 256.

just curious have you made a server before? Cause I know on my server it says that right around the end and then it is all loaded. So if you have not made a server put " Localhost " for the server ip and your server will show up. That is only assuming if you never made one.
 
Fixed that problem. Now I Keep getting "Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server Overloaded? My server is a dual cpu quad core 3.0 gig. It has 8 gig of mem. I watched cpu load and it does not go over 70% per core. I also get this error when no one is on?

That happens man to everyone, try changing in the server.bat or the file you use to run the server edit it to have more than 2gb of ram.
So it will look like this when done the file may also be called ServerStart. Just choose one of them but make sure in the end you do not add over 6gb of ram in total between the server and client side. Leave 2gb to windows.

java -Xms2048m -Xmx2048m -XX:PermSize=128m < thats 2gb
java -Xms3072m -Xmx3072m -XX:PermSize=128m < thats 3gb
java -Xms4096m -Xmx4096m -XX:PermSize=128m < thats 4gb

Then for your ftb ram make it 3 or 4 gb.
 
I have it set to 4 gig mem. I am running 2008 home server. 64 bit and the newest Java 64

well it is just when the system is overloaded do not worry about it to much unless you start to crash super bad. On vanilla MC when I used world edit sometimes i would change over 2m blocks and it would kick me and let me back in just fine. Just know if your ever kicked from your server LEAVE IT ALONE! waite for it to start on its own or you can corrupt it and damage chunks. That is a pain to even try to fix. Like I said if you need help I can always skype ya we can just do voice chat for it if you want i will be up for another hour or two. its 11:49 pm EST here
