Hybrid solars dumping power?

So, every ultimate hybrid solar ive built has been dumping power and i solved the issue by turning them into normal hybrids and it worked fine for days but now, all my hybrids also started to dump power, has this occured for anyone else? Is there a solution?

Explanation: Basically the solars are generating power fine but the power just "dissapears" even though its not plugged in. The solar is basically not able to output power but the power is generated but dissapears (generates to like 1000 eu and then goes back to 0 ---> 1000 ---> 0 and so on)

FTB Unleashed btw... 1.1.7.
 
You aren't going to get much help. Most people have moved to 1.6. You should upgrade, there are a lot of neat new things.

1.1.7 is the modpack version. @trajing is talking about Minecraft version 1.6, which is the newest version for FTB packs (not counting Unstable, because it's, well, unstable).

Oh... Well has anyone seen anything like this? I cant really just switch version and go play singleplayer...
