Used memory, please help

Hello i need some help... i was trying to google this first, but i didnt find anyone with a similar issue. I do have 64 bit version of java and dont encounter any problems when changing the allocated memory in the launcher (see picture):

However, when i start the game and get in i cant play, because the game keeps freezing up every 20 secs or so to load chunks i presume. When i press F3 to check out my memory usage it says:

Does anybody know wtf is this?

EDIT: Adendum, i have no 32bit java installed

What he means to say is delete any 32-bit java installs you have.

Nope, that wasnt one of them
