This didn't work. All the quantum generators are set to generate 100 million packets per tick at HV voltage. It's not even close to being enough.

it probably cant work if the power required is higher than the internal buffer of the controller. 4000EU/1600MJ equivalent.

the 'wow' factor is hugely diminished by the fact it's a flat world and most likely also creative. And I also don't get the point of these... I have a 5x4x4 and it has more crafting slots than I'll ever need.
I build to expand my knowledge in seeing what I can do when I get items. I was thinking of building another larger mfr laser with powerplant system, I can also AE it up with a large crafting capacity to craft me everything as a master server. It works on so many levels my small AE networks are feeding my bees frames, another factory AE builds my frames at 22 cyclonic assemblers assembling all sorts of frames and perfect because it runs off of an MFSU and HV solar panel, it's enough to run everything in the bee area, including the manufacturing of dragon eggs... so I'd like to know the max AE build and that sums it up..
Still, building something this big has nothing to do with practical applications. A MAC 8x8x8 for example is already more than any project has a use for.
Last time I tried a builders wand, it crashed the client. I assumed a buildcraft filler would do the same thing.
That could have saved some time...
