Any reason why this is happening?

This is the IC2 recipe for a macerator, and for some reason it isn't making one. Is there anything I'm missing?

You are probably using pack with GregTech (like ultimate or Mindcrack), which changes a lot of recipes, mainly IC2 ones, but also for example BC. To check what recipe is for a given machine in a pack that you are using, find it in NEI (right side of the screen when inventory screen or other GUI is open) and press r to show recipe for it.

Ah right yeah, is there any way to go by the IC2 recipes instead of GregTech?
