And you could have used the Safari Net. 4 enderpearls and 1 ghast tear in the middle. From MFR.

I tend to use Portal Guns, but in the case one is unlucky, I guess they would work well. I've never actually used a gravity gun myself, I always find portal guns easy.

portal gun requires a nether star, gravity gun doesn't. The only reason one would use a portal gun for moving things rather than a gravity gun is if one has already found one in a dungeon or if one has already devised a method of easy witherkilling.
 
Yea, after I've seen a few villages and been to a dungeon or two, I should have multiple portal guns.

Oh, no. I knew you were being sarcastic, and I was just trying to be funny. :( I don't think Technician really knew what you were on about, but it was a bit funny. I'm not getting antsy about it, I actually find it hilarious.

So, server people, if you guys are on the forums why aren't you on the server :P
I want to meet y'all in-game (mainly to prove to myself this isn't some kind of hallucination, but also because i'm bored :P)

coz my framerate is diabolical and I'm looking at getting a new comp.
 
hey is this a public server? If so, what's the IP? If not, I could offer a lot of knowledge about the mods, and I'd love to join, but if no, that's cool.

This is AdeptCraft, a great server run by the user Jerome Asich. It's a low-lag server with a great community and doesn't have many play restrictions such as plugins. If he gives you the chance, I strongly recommend you join their community.

I can't find him on the forums, is he on them? Or does he go by a nickname?

I work odd hours. I use some of my spare time to hang out on the forums and try to help folks if I can.

Also I play other games too so I'm not on MC everyday.

But mostly I get on around midnight EST most days and can be found randomly on thursdays and fridays.

I'm not good at two things at once. If I'm playing Skyrim, I'll donate all my time to it. No minecraft. Then I'll stop for...like a year, and start up again. I can't even play FTB and vanilla at the same time!
