It lacks moderators, and an FAQ thread for people to read if they need help with a common thing such as "What are recipes changes?"
@Quetzi You said to do this, figured I'd tag you.

Out of curiosity, how do we lack moderators? I needed a moderator this morning and got a response within minutes.

If you check the first page of the forum, it says 200000 members, you'd assume with that many people, there would be like 20ish moderators?

That list isn't even close to being accurate, though good call on the inactive mods, will deal with that.

Yeah, gonna agree with @Pyure, we definitely do not need 20 mods. We rarely get reports coming in, and spam is handled fairly quickly as is. Just because the forum says we have 200k members, doesn’t mean we have 200k active members.

Edit: Mod list also isn’t accurate. Watchful isn’t listed there and he is definitely a mod, on top of everything else he does here.

Also that count probably does not include people who have right to remove and ban spammers without other moderation tool rights.

What about an FAQ area, for common questions such as Red Orchids and Ender Lilies in garden cloches.

Stuff like that changes frequently enough due to pack updates and the number of packs that the wiki is definitely the best place to house that info like @grandrolf said.

What about Forum Signature live updates? Such as Nuclear_Creeper0 is current playing FTB Beyond or Pyure is currently in Skyfactory 3.

that is easier said then done.
You would need to somehow link your minecraft account to your FTB account and each modpack needs to get a mod added that reports to a server which modpack is being played by who.

Of course, it isn't impossible, but its a good bit of effort to set everything up and doesn't add a whole lot.

Add it to FTB utils.

@Nuclear_Creeper0 re reorganising the boards, I already covered that and explained why it's not super high up the to do list. As for 'live updates' in forum signatures...no, just no. This is a web forum, not an instant messaging client.
