If there's a repeatable issue that can be labeled as a bug, then please use the issue tracker for the pack or the app at GitHub issue trackers - If there's no repository for a pack that means that the pack is old and/or will not be updated. Bugs for older packs will not be fixed, unless they are critical.

Launcher Version:
6.0.0.0. in my Configurationscreen
Modpack:
FTB Unstable
Modpack Version:
4.2.4
Log Link:
Details of the issue:
So i need some help i cant seem to figure this out but any 1.10.2 mod packs are unplayable for me. I can launch them fine but when i load up a world my FPS is just below like 20 in a fresh world but if i were to play a modpack in minecraft 1.7.10 i get over 200 FPS in a fresh world same goes on vanilla minecraft 1.10.2 fresh world over 300 FPS. i do disable vsync and mipmap. i also alocate atleast 4 of the 16 gigs of ram i have.
i also have java 8 update 101 and a 64 Bit Operating system and no other java on my pc like 32 bit. all my drivers are also up to date.

could it be that windows 10 is causing problems for that.
if i need to post a DXDIAG i can do so and same for a log of minecraft
i just want to play with some of the new 1.10 mods without issues if that even possible

It may be that mods are currently in a phase of "just get it working" and thus might not be optimized to run on 1.10.2
However, a log probably won't hurt (for as long as it is uploaded to pastebin or similar instead of having a giant wall of text here.)

It appears that if i want to post a log its bigger then 512 bits on pastebin so unless i get pro i cant use pastebin for it any other usefull ways of sending a log file without a wall of text
or should i just upload it here

Here ya go heres the log its like 22000 lines though
well seems like the link is flagged as spam

If there's 22000 lines, multiple of them are probably getting repeated over and over (related to your issue, I bet)

Could you find that piece of the log and just delete the goodness out of it and then share it?

Have you tried giving it more ram? I know 4 is the magic number for 1.7.10 but im under the impression that's a different story for 1.10+

It just gets put into a moderation queue for approval, an unfortunate but necessary process (we ban ~100 spammers per day like this). Fee free to post the link and it will get approved a short time later.

I have tried but curse allows a max of 6 GB that didnt change anything

You claim to have Java 1.8.101, however your Minecraft is using Java "1.8.0_25"

Seems like you only opened your world for half a minute or so, around: "[00:45:11]"
It may still be loading in some stuff.
Does the low fps remain after you've let the game run for some ten minutes?

Could you press F3 + C in game for a few seconds to force a crash log and share that crash log here?

i loaded up the world for a few seconds so i can generate the log and yes i do have java 1.8.101 so when i pressed F3 i noticed that aswell i was like hmm weird
i even uninstalled java completely and only downloaded 1.8.101 and deleted any residual files at program files from java before installing the 1.8.101 so even if i were to look into my control panel it only says java 1.8.101
but it could also be being laggy cause it runs my minecraft 1.10 on java 1.8.25 since i dont even have it anymore on my PC il see if i can try and get it to run on java 1.8.101 see if i can see any improvment

uhw i just found somethink out on the curse launchher i had to select java 1.8.101 to run minecraft with in the tab Minecraft then launch method to Jar Launcher instead of Native Launcher and select java: 1.8.0.101 (64 Bit) from the drop down menu

hvent launched the game yet but im doing that at the moment and il keep it updated here
