So i am having an issue. I had a world where I was really really far progressed. One day my computer decided that my windows updates were the most important thing in the world and restarted my computer mid game. Then the next time I loaded in the world wasn't available for selection under single player worlds however it is still listed under the save files in the curse launcher c:drive files. I started a new world and that stay available under the world select options. Is there anyway I can either A.) recover my first world seeing as i still have the save file in the curse files or B.) move the files from the world that wont load to the one that will?

Does anyone have the same issue with the another side another story quest which needs to throw your lexica botania into the elven portal?The quest cannot detect it.

Summary: replace level.dat (steps to produce new one, losing items on character should the level.dat.old not work)

I HIGHLY suggest adding AromaBackup (and AromaCore) to make this far easier in the future.

Odd that I JUST mentioned that AromaBackup should really be added to the pack and then this came up. Such timing.

Sorry, meant to multiquote yours as well with solution.

Steps follow:
  1. type /hqm edit
  2. open OP quest book given by previous step
  3. hold shift and click on the quest (this will auto complete said quest)
Delete OP Quest book when done.

So I tired the recovery process you posed and I go this error message as soon as I tried to log in. However the world is indeed clickable again in the world select screen. Any ideas?

:3 aw man I can't wait for the new update tbh, my old game's HQM got corrupted and I was too lazy to figure out how to fix it... and I didn't want to start another world when a update could happen any day hehe...

ONE of these days I'm going to actually make it all the way to millionare...... X3

Any idea on what to do when it tells me "I don't have permission" when typing /hqm edit???

There is a bug with Mariculture Limestone pillars, if those blocks are placed other way than facing up, after breaking they drop weird wariants with bugged name.

That sounds like something to report to the Mariculture folks.

OptiFine works fine with the other modpacks I've tried it with, but today I added it to Regrowth and then tried to get the recipe for a Modest Hive via pressing R while hovering over the Modest Hive in the questbook in the Breaking out in Hives quest and got a crash. OptiFine works fine with the other modpacks I've tried it with, but today I added it to Regrowth and then tried to get the recipe for a Modest Hive via pressing R while hovering over the Modest Hive in the questbook in the Breaking out in Hives quest and got a crash. This has been/was a bug ever since i can remember (started playing at .2). It has nothing to do with optifine as i would get it and i never installed optifine.

Odd question perhaps... i was hoping to make some of the textures in game a little less jarring compared to the texture pack I'm using and was wondering where the dead wood textures might be located. I looked in the Quadrum folder, but couldn't see any and that's the mod the game seems to associate with the blocks.

Hey, I have an interesting question. Is there a reason that all of the researchable items in the Thaumonomicon are buyable with aspects? Like, in my world, I don't get the research note for any of them. I just buy them and I have the item, ready to be crafted.

It's a config setting in Thaumcraft itself, basically a research "Easy mode" - the first Agrarian Skies modpack had the same setting activated.
