I just dismantled something close to this using a MFR Auto-Spawner to clone them in MF2, had it set up with that Trading Post block so when we were done trading we'd liquidate the villagers, or let a zombie attack them to use a grinder for the mob juice and make more.

You could probably make one using ThaumCraft Levitator blocks, some pistons and Rednet controllers.

The basic arboretum won't harvest IC2 Trees IIRC, you'll need to get a circuit board and attach the proper tube to it for Rubber harvesting. Check the Wiki.

You can use Apiarist's pipes for sorting bees like that, I do. Each section has pipeline running from the bottom to the top has three/six different kinds of bees sent from a main line, princesses and queens go into the Royal Jelly chest on the right, then purebreds go into the chests above...

You can now use rubber saplings in the regular tree farm, it used to not be so hence the rubber tree farm.
