Zan's Minimap to intall properly through mod pack?

I have installed the latest lite loader, as well as the proper forge on my mod pack. And I have put mod_voxelmap_1.2.3_for_1.7.10.litemod within that lite loader folder, and everything loads up fine in MCEdit. But when I go to distribute on FTB, everyone that runs the mod pack says they do not have access to the mod within the game. I am assuming FTB is opening one, and not both, but I'm not sure how to fix this. Can you fix this? Or does the minimap have to be installed by the player seperately?

This is not quite the correct subforum but whatever.

I have no idea. Are you sure that the zip file you uploaded to FTB has those two mods inside it? And since it takes a while until a newly uploaded file hits the launcher, are you sure that it is already there?
