Windows .exe You have mod sources that are duplicate

When i Launch the Ultimate pack it gives me the message:
Forge mod loader has found a problem with your minecraft installation You have mod sources that are duplicate within your system.
Mod Id : file name
mmmpowersuits : Modularpowersuits.jar
mmmowersuits : net

Is there any way i can fix this error without uninstalling/ disabling modular powersuits. also when i force update the pack breaks completely so that is not an option.

Could you give us the console log in debug mode and the error log. Copy them to pastebin and link them here. This guide will explain how to get them.

Did you update modular power suits? Did you add or update any other mods to the pack?

http://pastebin.com/NwufRNaV , i tried adding Natura and Flans mod but they caused crashes so i deleted them. i havn't manually updated anything. there is no crash log and f3 + c doesnt do anything

I would backup your saves and force update then. Go to the options tab and select the big button that says 'Force Update?'. This will give you a fresh install of the modpack.

Once that is up and running we can help you try and install Natura and Flans if you still want them. I know how to help with a lot of start up crashes, but in game crashes are a lot harder for me.

i said when i force update i get a different error which i have tried to fix, all of the buttons go grew when i try to launch anything. i have tried forcing update, running as admin, uninstalling and reinstalling the launcher modpack and java, changed where it installs things and i cannot fix that error.

I do not play much MP so I did not know this until now. Apparently the 503 error means that:

The error was a 503 error which meant that minecraft multiplayer sessions were down. it was nothing on your end

i wasnt on multiplayer, and what is error 503.

After doing some searching the 503 error means minecraft's login servers are/were down. You can still play offline. Sorry I'm no expert like I said. This is what I understand from reading what I've read online about this error.

i have fixed it, i took the mods folder, instmods folder and coremods folder from a different download of the modpack and replaced the ones in my new one with it
seems to have fixed both the minecraft crash and the force crash
