Yogspack, eh? Hmmm... lemme check and see what mods you got...
Hey, looks like you have several ways of doing this, depending on which mods you use.
I happen to be a big fan of the Thermal Expansion way of ore processing personally, just because it is so much easier to automate. The machines sides can be configured so that any side can be the 'input' and any side can be the 'output'. And it automatically spits stuff out into any inventory or pipe attached to the 'output' side.
However, you can also use IC2 to process. IC2 machines *can* be upgraded to run faster, however it turns the machines into real energy hogs. However, you'll also need to have to pull stuff out of the inventory, and when you start running things THAT fast, this can be a significant engineering challenge.
As far as sorting... probably the easiest and cheapest method is going to be RP2's Sorting Machine and either some Filters or some paint. You might need multiple sorting machines to get it all sorted properly, but that's simply a matter of scale. It's fairly straightforward, and not too technically challenging. Simply watch DireWolf20's latest season to get a step by step walkthrough. Yogspack doesn't have Applied Energistics, which is about as close to Logistics Pipes as you are likely to find in a mod currently being developed by the original creator (Yes, I know someone took over LP, let's not get into that debate here).
Now, Factorization is not included in the Yogspack, and... well... I kind of am well known for not really liking that mod a whole lot anyways. However, that is where the Barrels he uses comes from, if you ever wonder while watching his LP.
Google 'RP2 sorting system' and 'Minecraft automatic Ore Processing' and you should get some good results for more in-depth tutorials.
