Yet another lancher that isnt working any ideas how to fix?

So another one of my friends is trying to launch the ftb 1.6.4 packs but when he does it crashes right after the minecraft window appeasers. Any ideas on how to fix this problem?

Not without at least a log. Also it would be better to talk to him directly rather than through a middle man.

In the Feed the Beast launcher, under the Options pane, you can check "Reopen launcher after exiting minecraft?". Then the launcher will restart after the crash, including the console with debugging info.
