Is the yellorite ore gen disabled in the newest version (2.5.0)? i looked through config and its disabled in the extreme reactors world gen but its there in the cofh config so from my little unerstanding of how it works it should be generating ithink but yet to find a single one after two weeks.
 
im not too sure on this but i do know theres things like Iridium in Thermal that doesnt generate yet is in the files so i dunno
sorry about the vagueish answer? I'd suggest seeing what things need yellorite using JEI
