Problem Yabba barrels not working properly

Hello, i'm playing FTB Revelations on a server, and when i have a bunch of yabba barrels upgraded to star (like 500 of them) connected to a single ITEM Barrel Conector. I have 3 void miners and outputs of my pulverizers and furnaces going into the conector, and filling my barrels, but i keep adding barrels and now i have multiple barrels with the same items, they are not stacking the items on a single barrel. What is wrong with my setup, and how can i fix it?

Could you show a screenshot of your setup? Not sure I quite follow how you have it setup in my head.

I think I saw a youtuber (can't remember who) who had a similar problem. From memory, only one stack could be automatically inserted into a barrel before it acted as if it were full.

He solved it by adding more than one stack to each barrel manually. After that, auto-insertion worked as expected.
