Xycraft/IC2 conflict

Haven't played in a while and just updated Mindcrack. I have removed Thaumcraft and added Treecapitator and Mystcraft. I have odne this with each version of Mindcrack since it's release. I deleted all the configs to let them be remade. I am now getting a block id conflict between Xycraft and IC2. Never run into this issue before and am completely lost. Not sure where to find unused block Id's to resolve it manually.
I've attached the error report from Xycraft about the issue.

force update the pack and DO NOT delete the configs the FTB team set them all up for you so there wont be any ID problems

removeing mods is fine mystcraft config is in there from the DW20 pack as all packs use same configs treecapitator adds no items so it will be fine
