Just moments ago I lost connection to our server and got the following report:

I've tried disabling the soartex texture pack and I can connect again without crashing.
When I activate it when I'm online it crashes, single player still runs normally.

I've also tried the sphax texture pack and it gives the same crash.

Any solutions to this problem? (yes, I am using optifine and we're using the direwolf20 modpack)

Well, JohnSmithsTechnicianRemix is much better than Sphax.

Really though, you'd get a lot more help if you ost in either the texture pack thread or i think? The support forum.
