XP turtle in ultimate?

Anybody know if the XP turtle exists in Ultimate? I can't for the life of me figure out how to craft the upgrade. Have done a fair bit of googling; apologies if the answer is obvious.

Misc Peripherals is in, so it should just be a case of crafting a turtle with an enchanting table. Unless something (usually Gregtech gets blamed for this) is disabling that particular recipe.

I don't see the misc peripheral recipes in NEI, but you can still craft them. Probably just a NEI plugin issue.

Since xp turtle uses a vanilla item there is no picture of it in the thread.

There are so many different turtles offered from misc. peripherals I think RichardG make a choice to not have them listed by NEI. There are thousands of possible combinations. I believe it has a creative tab, though.

And here I was trying to craft some kind of silly "XP upgrade." Success crafting an enchanting table with a turtle. Thanks all!
