Summary of the problem Xp Glitch

Pack Version 2.5.5

What is the bug? When i stand only on top of my mob farm with my item dislocator active i gain infinite levels.

Mod & Version draconic evolution, 2.5.5

Is it repeatable? get an item dislocator and stand on top of the mob farm. thats what i did, i was adding enchants to my spikes.

Known Fix
 
i thought it wanted the pack version not draconic evolution version. that version is 1.0.2
 
How is this not exactly what you would expect to happen? Spikes kill mobs, item dislocator vacuums up drops and xp. This issue seem to be "By Design".
