WTB New End Portal

Hey guys. I have a server where the dungeon near my town was gen bashed beyond recognition. So that there's no end portal. I've gone through 20 eyes of ender and I have the exact spot it says the portal should me, and it's not there. I dug the entire area up, all the way to bedrock... no dice.

So now my question: Is there a way to either generate another end portal, or (using command book or essentials) teleport myself to the end?

Go into creative and spawn in portal blocks

There ought to be 3 dungeons in total in a world. Perhaps try to find the other two?
