Wrong location/java issue?

I seem to be having some issues when starting up a world in FTB Ultimate. The world gets very laggy and freezes every few seconds. The issue seems to extend to the FTB Console as well. The issue only occurs when I try starting a world.

I have been having overheating issues but I recently fixed those before this started happening. I updated Java to v7 update 21 but the issues started before that. I have Optifine installed
